For my file desmillion.in and desmillion.out, my Java solution took
32 seconds on my desktop and my C solution took 8.5 seconds on my
desktop. I will grade relatively, first putting an emphasis on 
correctness, followed by speed. I will grade each assignment on my
desktop so the times are roughly comparable, with no other major programs
open.
