Overall status

We are still on schedule.  Deliverables I was completed on time.  After the test, Deliverables II design should be in full swing.  No major problems have been encountered.  No major changes are expected.  There are no current issues. 

Planned vs Actual Expenditures

Phase II commenced on 9/19/14.  For week 6, progress was little.  However, it was expected that this week would be a recovery week from Deliverables I.

It is estimated that a little over 25% of the project is complete to date.

Comments or Concerns 

Not too much has been accomplished concerning Detailed Design.  This was expected.  After Test 1, the project manager is planning to look at Chapters 5 and 6.  Then I plan to develop a sort of template so that it will be clearer to the team what they need to be doing for Detailed Design.
