Log of individual technical or
management issues and their resolution:
I
encountered a little more complexity in the Project Management Plan than
initially expected. Project Management
plan requires PERT chart and other diagrams.
These, in turn, require Visio or Microsoft Project. Milestone chart and individual log template
are precursors for other sections of the Project Management Plan. These are relatively minor issues that will
require more time next week. Early next
week, I plan to look into Visio and create the milestone chart and individual
log template. I also plan to study the
class notes on PERT charts. This should
enable completion of the Project Management Plan. No assistance will be required.
Defect log
None.
Notes, lessons learned, etc.
Anticipated
progress next week:
Project
Management Plan- 6 hours (55% for total of 100%)
