09/05/2014 Collaborated with Nigel Carter to keep the webpages up to date. Conducted the first group meeting to work on Deliverables I and will upload the work onto the webpages. Discussed among the group to decide dates and times for the meetings next week as well as the meeting with the TA for those whom can make the TA hours.
09/12/2014 Maintained the group website to keep all of the pages up to date. Performed the first meeting with the TA to establish the requirements of the project. Then met up with the group to work on Deliverables I, with the resulting completion of the Concepts of Operations. The remainder of the documents will be finished over the weekend and then checked together in another group meeting before uploading all four documents onto the web pages. Deliverables I will then be able to be verified during the second meeting with the TA next Tuesday.
09/19/2014 Finished Deliverables I and conducted the second meeting with the TA to confirm the current progress of the password manager project. Already began on the high-level design of the project and started to work on Deliverables II, so on track with the due dates and the progress to complete the project in time.
09/26/2014 Continued the High-Level Design document and discussed with the group the further specifics of the project before beginning the implementation of the project.
10/03/2014 Finished and uploaded the High-Level Design document as well as the documents/pictures from the group meeting. Decided on how the group will begin to start on the first prototype.
10/10/2014 Started working on Detailed Design document as well as the prototype for the project. The client commented on the progress of the status, and agrees a prototype should be presentable by the time for presentations.
10/17/2014 Deliverables II is approaching is completion, and is planned to be finished next Tuesday. Due to missing team members, the discussion of the presentation will be pushed back to next Tuesday as well. The prototype is starting to be developed and will be worked on until its completion, which will hopefully be by next Friday.


Log of Individual Technical or Management Issues and Their Resolution

09/11/2014 Sudden conflict in most of the group member's schedules, so could not meet up after class as planned. Performed a quick adjustment in the meeting time to 09/12/2014 after recitation, and met up for a longer time to compensate for the cancelled group meeting in order to work on Deliverables I.
10/19/2014 Individual issue of being unknowledgeable in the UI to easily implement the required features of the project. Such an issue can only be resolved by researching and learning by trial-and-error, before finally completing the assigned task. This also promotes experience in an unexplored field that may potentially be used later in the future.

09/12/2014 Learned that it is easier to get a conceptual idea and process of developing the project once speaking with the client (which is the TA in this situation) to gather the major requirements.
10/14/2014 Did a check on the amount of time left before the submission of Deliverables II along with the presentation. Found out that time management and the level of work dedicated among with the group will play a crucial part in determining if a prototype will be ready to present by next week.
10/21/2014 Discovered that the continuous slack of even just one group member makes the rest of the group members have a more difficult time to plan confidently and always have to be prepared to make up for incomplete assigned work.
