Individual Weekly Time and Activity Log

09/05/2014 Met with group to work on Project Deliverables I. Discussed the Project Management Plan and completed as many sections as possible without having met the client to discuss requirements.
09/09/2014 Met with TA aka 'the client' to discuss project requirements with Cindy Harn and Nigel Carter. Took list of requirements and clarified each point with TA before explaining the requirements to absent group members.
09/12/2014 Met with group to discuss and complete remaining documentation for Project Deliverables I. With the addition of the requirements the attendees of the client meeting explained the requirements to those not present. Then the entire group collaborated on the Conception of Operations, the Project Management Plan and the System Requirements Specifications. The unfinished documents were then assigned to be completed individually over the weekend and be discussed the following meeting.
09/15/2014 Worked on Section 1 of the System Requirements Specification. Typed out the standards required by the project as well as any abbreviations used in the documentation. This was done in an effort to maintain a clear and open communication between the group and the client.
09/16/2014 Worked with group to complete Project Deliverables I. Created a Use Case Diagram for section 3 of the System Requirements Specification. Further discussed the future of the project.
09/26/2014 Worked with team members to complete and improve the High level Architecture documentation. Created High Level Architecture diagram and explanations for each important piece of the diagram.

09/05/2014 Met with the group to discuss the Project Management Plan. After realizing that most of the documentation could not be completed without clarifying the requirements with the client, Cindy Harn, Nigel Carter and myself met with the TA aka 'The Client' to obtain and clarify the requirements of both the project and the documentation. Later on, those who attended the meeting with The Client explained the requirements to the rest of the group. Together, the group discussed the content of the Concepts of Operation, the System Requirements Specification, and the Project Management Plan.
09/12/2015 Worked on Section 1 of the System Requirement Specifications, worked with rest of group to complete Documentation, also explained the requirements of the project as per The Client. Due to time constraints Documentation for Project Deliverable I were not completed.
09/19/2015 Worked with team to finish Project Deliverables I documentation. Made Use Case diagram for Systems Requirement Specifications Section 3. Completed Section I of the SRS.
09/26/2014 Worked with team members to complete and improve the High level Architecture documentation. Created High Level Architecture diagram and explanations for each important piece of the diagram.

09/16/2014 Learned how to coordinate in a group much better. Also learned about the encryption in the Java language as well as how a server will hold a database. Furthermore, learned that group is able to pick up slack if another member doesn't perform his/her duties.
