Term Paper
The final term paper is due
Monday, December 2, by 5 pm via a hardcopy submitted to
my office in Rm. 203 CSB or to the CS main office in 201, CSB.
The paper should be about 10 pages excluding the title page,
double-spaced using a 10 to 12 point size for the font.
The topic for your paper is based on one of your two presentations by
default. A good style guide is
A Style Manual for Technical Communications.
Recall that you need to address social or ethical issues of computing in
your term paper if you haven't done so in previous presentations
(worth 5% of the final grade). Some useful
resources or pointers on the web include:
Computers and Society page at Northeastern University;
Ethics and Law on the Electronic Frontier page at MIT ; and
Computing, Ethics, and Social Responsibility page at River College .
