Congratulations to our Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition team from HackUCF and their coach, Dr. Thomas Nedorost, for winning the National CCDC for the third year in a row! This is an amazing accomplishment, the first time ever in the history of the competition that a team has won three times in a row!

UCF’s Cyber Defense Team scores another victory to wrap up the 2015 calendar year. Four members of the Collegiate Cyber Defense Club @ UCF (aka Hack@UCF) won the Panoply Hackathon competition at ALM’s CyberSecure Conference in NYC on December 15th and 16th.

Congratulations to members of the UCF Collegiate Cyber Defense Club for outstanding participation in the CSI CyberSEED Competition. Of the 32 schools that participated, UCF’s team finished 1st in Capture the Flag, 1st in Social Engineering, and 2nd in Internet of Things.
