UCF Teams finished first (Gold Medal) and third (Bronze Medal) in the “South Division” of the North American Divisional Championship (NADC) of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC).

Congratulations to the UCF Collegiate Cybersecurity Competition Team and coach Tom Nedorost for winning the 8th Annual NIATEC Invitational Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition on Saturday, April 17th.

UCF’s Collegiate Cybersecurity Competition (C3) Team won the 2021 At Large Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition held virtually on March 27th & 28th. This is the 8th time UCF has won their regional event in the 9 years UCF has competed.

UCF’s KNIGHTSEC team won a $2,000 cash prize and placed 3rd overall in the 2021 CyberSEED CTF Competition on Saturday, March 27th.

UCF placed 2nd in the Maryland Cyber Challenge on March 24, 2021. The competition tested cyber skills in 10 categories: Encoding/Encryption, File Analysis, Forensics/Hard Disks, Log Analysis, Malware Analysis/Reverse Engineering, Network Captures/Wireless, Open Source Intelligence, Passwords/Hashing, Scanning/Exploitation, Virtual Machines.
