Congratulations to Dr. Shaojie Zhang And His CS PHD Student Ardalan Naseri

Congratulations to Dr. Shaojie Zhang and his CS PhD student Ardalan Naseri for their paper “Multiplexed labeling of genomic loci with dCas9 and engineered sgRNAs using CRISPRainbow”, which was published online today in Nature Biotechnology (see http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/vaop/ncurrent/full/nbt.3526.html). The paper presents a brand new system for labeling DNA in live cells using six different colors. Dr. Zhang’s group contributed the chromosomal specific loci for the labeling.
