Congratulations to UCF’s Cyber Defense Team

Congratulations to UCF’s Cyber Defense Team, which captured 3rd place in the Global Cyberlympics World Finals at The Hague, Netherlands today. The team received a cash prize of $750 and each team member will receive one free certification course from EC Council. The UCF team consists of: Team Captain Matthew St. Hubin (JR, IT), David Maria (JR, CpE), Andrew Hughes (JR, CS), Noah AL_Shihabi (JR, CS), Ryan Meinke (SO, CpE), and Bobby Tonic (JR, Psy). The team members will be returning home late Friday. Hack.ERS, a team of industry professionals from the Netherlands, took 1st place, and KLHT, a professional team from Russia finished in 2nd place.
