Eastern Region Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition

UCF won the Eastern Region Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition on Sunday, October 7th hosted by Penn State University. This is the second consecutive 1st Place finish for the UCF team in the Eastern Region. The Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition is sponsored by IBM and is designed to model a real-life external penetration test of a fictitious company as realistically as possible in a competitive environment. UCF’s team now advances to compete in the National Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition hosted by Rochester Institute of Technology on November 2-4, 2018.
